My first time for parking at ParkDIA. For some reason I had trouble booking on their site, so I came to CAP. Everything seemed OK, but when I arrived at ParkDIA, their QR code would not scan. Luckily at 5am, there was a guy working the scanner, and told me he would let me in because they updated their S/W and nothing was working right. However, when I tried to leave I had no ParkDIA ticket to exit. They told me that CAP is a third party app, and I could not use my ticket with the QR code to exit without paying again. Not only that 3 days later I had a fraud charge from MVQ*savingszoo.com show up on the same card that I rarely use. AVOID THIS SITE!!!!

Worst customer service experience ever.
My parking reservation was prepaid for 7 days. The total fee was $100.31. I arrived to the lot to park my car and catch my flight and there was a sign that read "lot full." I asked the attendant and she said sorry the lot is FULL. No other words or explanation.
I requested a full refund and their automated response said they will refund minus 1 day. No customer service, no message saying the lot was full, just a total disregard for others. as I was not able to park due to the fact that the lot was full. I had to find another lot and pay an additional fee.
This almost caused me to miss my flight.

I booked parking through this site for a flight on 4/8/21.
I showed up to the parking site (that I had paid for and received a confirmation number for) only to be told that "no, cheapairportpraking doesn't know how many spots we have they are 3rd party and we are full." When I pressed on as to how I could have been charged for something that wasn't available the guy told me to take it up with them, and that I shouldn't trust these 3rd party websites and only book direct.
What a great business model! Put as many layers between yourself and the lot as possible so that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
In full transparency, CAP refunded the amount that I was charged. However, this doesn't come close to compensating for the literal last minute stress and monetary problems raised by this. I drove to the next lot over and they were full as well. The guy that worked at that lot said to go to the airport (my time was getting close now due to multiple delays) so I ended up paying $102 to park at the airport for 3 days, compared to the $30 that CAP advertised. We were the absolute LAST people to board our plane, and thank God we didn't miss on my wife's father's 70th bday. This could have gone from a crappy experience to a terrible, lifelong negative memory has things not gone as they did.
I strongly urge anyone considering to use this shady at best, scammy at worst website to stay away and boom direct through the lot that you're interested in booking. Don't go through what we had to to take our first trip in a year. CAP? More like C*AP. Stay away, you've been warned.

Horrible service! DO NOT USE!
I pre purchased offsite parking for Oakland airport that came with (advertised) 24/7/365 shuttle service. Once my family and I got back from vacation 12:30am and waited for the shuttle (that never arrived), we called and were informed that no return 24/7 shuttle service was offered. So we were stuck In a parking lot in Oakland (not the safest place in the world) at that point it was after 1am. Had to call an after hours Uber XL to fit my whole family and luggage. Save yourself trouble and money and just skip this place! I emailed customer service and they state that I paid and that's all that matters. They have very false advertising of lots that they register with, beware!

When we did not get a confirmation number or email, we called the hotel. The hotel says this has been happening regularly and they do not do airport parking and never have.
THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

Highly suggest NOT to utilize this SCAM outfit, they appear to be a clearinghouse for actual parking locations.
I made a reservation for DIA, scheduled to arrive 11/21/2020 @ 1600, parking lot was Canopy Parking near the airport. I canceled the reservation over 5 hours prior to my scheduled arrival. They refunded me a portion, I emailed them I wanted a full refund, they responded they needed to keep 1 days rate because Canopy required it. Turned out it was 1 days rate plus a fee. I called Canopy and asked them their refund policy, per Canopy they refund full amount if cancelled prior to scheduled arrival date/time. I will NEVER use this chiseling site again.
I was fortunate to have used my AMEX card and I raised a dispute with AMEX. AMEX refunded me the remaining balance, however I conveyed to AMEX that the refund should come from the sleazy cheapairportparking.org not AMEX, they assured me AMEX would continue to open the dispute and I wouldn’t have to wait fir dispute resolution.
That’s the way a class outfit (AMEX) works compared to a real poor customer service organization (cheapairportparking.org)

I made reservations for airport parking through cheap airport parking. The parking place was at the Ramada Inn Hotel. When I arrive at the hotel for parking and a shuttle. The staff inform me that they no longer do airport parking or shuttling. Remind you its 5am. Had to scramble around for the next hour to find a parking spot. Flight leaves in the next hour and a half. Trying to get my refund now and getting the run around! PLEASE DON'T USE THESE GUYS JUST MIGHT BE A SCAM!!

I have used cheap airport parking 9 times with good results. I like the choice of parking places. I have two more bookings. Be sure to print off, save a copy and email your receipt. Note your credit card number. Have had trouble with the email not getting through, so check that. There is a feature to change email accounts. Customer service is good.

Reserved a spot to park my car in Chicago near Midway Airport. I arrived to find an empty locked parking lot in a very sketchy area of town. I was not able to enter the lot to park my car. I waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle they claimed to have running every 20 minutes. The shuttle never arrived. I was immediately charged for my reservation upon booking and the company is refusing to refund even though I was unable to use their services due to their inadequacies. Please do yourself a favor and park somewhere that is reliable, safe and secure.

DO NOT PARK HERE. They towed my car and was charged $4000 from the impound lot. Zero customer service big scam!!!!
